In time: how consistent your timing is overall. “Steady” means your spacing between hits is even.
Drift: are you speeding up or slowing down compared to the click? Near zero is right in the pocket. Calibrate to the built-in kit first so mic/speaker delay doesn't fake a drift.
Tightness: how scattered your hits are around each beat, in milliseconds. Smaller is tighter.
